Deb; Great presentation. It's hard to argue with math:) The trend is definately in your favor, as Buyers tend to Expect staging in the homes they see, and react badly to the unstaged home:(

Numbers do make the difference.  It is amazing when the math is given, a Realtor can gain the knowledge needed to present this valuable part of a marketing plan to the client.  It is always wise to provide a professional to consult with a client so they may approach the needs of the property. The Realtor can maintain the true essence of his or her position, represent the client in the selling or buying of a property.  Allow yourself the extra time market yourself!
