Bath Maine Real Estate did not have a strong showing for the month of October 2010,  there were only three residential sales made. These sales had an average price point of around One Hundred and Twenty Thousand dollars with an average of  52 days on the market. These numbers reflect a 37% decrease from last October's sales price and an even higher decrease from last year's transaction volume. A conclusion can be drawn that mid coastal homes for sale are not showing signs of improvement.  A hopeful point that can be made regarding the Bath Maine Real Estate market is that average days a house sat on the market decreased after their sales price was lowered.

I LOVE Bath Maine (and the rest of the state, quite frankly. We go every year to Tenant's Harbor (mid-coast) just south of Rockport and Camden. There are such great beaches, food, adventures and people there! Bath has some really fun shopping too. It is cool to see the ships in the water as well. Good luck with a turnaround!
