So a couple of days ago I wrote a post entitled When You Care, You Often Times Become the Hero!!!!.  It was about a client who was denied by two other lenders.  The clients then found me on Active Rain and we got the deal done.  Well, today was the closing!  When I got there....issues abounded.  Thankfully most of the issues were between buyer and seller.  There were some ancillary issues that got scrubbed up during the closing.

The real estate agent was thrilled with the closing.  She said she'd been in the business 14 years and had never seen a deal pulled off like this.  She called me two hours after the closing and said that she was still "pinching herself" as she just couldn't believe it.  She said

"from now on I'm referring all my clients to you.  You were professional, and backed what you said.  I didn't believe you at first because I had already heard the same thing from both other lenders.  You will get all my business from now on!"

What a great way to start a weekend!
