Active listings for West Covina Homes and West Covina Condos are slightly up this week, climbing from 297 (11/22/10) to 302 (11/29/10). There are no major changes for either West Covina Homes or Condos, also no notable changes within certain price ranges.

Also no major changes in listing types for West Covina Homes and Condos, just a minor switch between Short Sale (from 43% to 44%) and REO (from 14% to 13%) listings.
On top of this week active listings, there are 43 West Covina Homes and 10 West Covina Condos in Back-Up Offer Status, 83 West Covina Homes and 22 West Covina Condos are Pending Sale.
From November 1, 2010, to November 29, 2010, 51 West Properties successfully closed Escrow - 14 West Covina Condos (ranging in price from $160,000 to $292,000) and 37 West Covina Homes (ranging from $227,000 to $840,000). Compared to last month's sale (from the 1st to the 29th), 63 properties had sold. Within the same timeframe in 2009, 59 West Covina properties. Compared to many other cities in the area, West Covina Home Sales are holding fairly steady.
