In my short but fun 2 year career in real estate I have worked with about 20 different lenders in the Fort Wayne area. Most of the transactions have gone smoothly, and most of the lenders have done a decent job.
3 of them have really stood out and I have chosen to grow those relationships. The first 2 lenders do a great job, give great customer service, and I would highly recommend them, but it has been a 1 way street. I give them leads, they get them the loans, we find a house, close on it, and then we do it again.
Then there is Doug and Julie Carroll with Guardian Financial. They are a husband and wife time like Amanda and myself, and they are the 1st lenders that I have worked with that work as hard as we do. They are always available, work nights and weekends, and truly care about our clients.
We are averaging 3-4 closings a month with the Carrolls and hope to increase that to double digits eventually. On top of their great customer service guess what else they do...
