I just got home from the La county fair about 1.5 hrs ago. I am here until Thursday at 6 am. It is GREAT being home. I thank God for it. I am looking forward to spending time with my wife on Tuesday, when I am off. I just got an email from someone who bought a home from me for an investment. He says he wants me to come by tomorrow night and that he is ready to sell. YEAH!!!!!!!!!!! I am going over tomorrow night to list. Wish me luck. I need to turn it around quickly and make him and I some money. God will be with us. I just wanted to shar. Peace

THank you for the comments. I am sorry that I am not being able to respond as quickly as I would like, but I have been kept on the run a lot lately. My wife, son, his girlfriend and I are going to Ridgecrest to go get my sons license today. We are all looking forward to it. We are leaving in a couple of hours, so I am trying to get every thing ready. I just had to stop and say HI to all my friends. May God bless you all in all you put your hands to.

Susie, Thank you. You can never get that time back, but you can worry about what hasen't been in the past, you can only make sure that you are doing all you can from here on out. Make sure the time you do have is Quality and not just Quantity. It is all in the little things you do. God is with you. I will be listing my guy next Monday evening. I went over last night and house isn't ready for showing. He say it will be when I get back next week. I told him that I wanted to take several GREAT pics. I want to make people want this home. He agreed. I told him that I didn't want someone to come see it the way it is and blow them as a potential buyer. We need to make sure we make a great first impression. It was hard to say that and not just take the listing, but it is for the best. He isn't going with anyone else. I am glad of that. )

Linda, You are right. I feel great about it. Also, his partner wants me to list a piece of land he has next week and possibly his home that the ex is in right now. Praise be to the Lord. Thank you for your post.
