YOGA for Seniors - CMC - Mercy Campus
This is awesome! I am a huge advocate of Yoga. I used to go to YogaOne in Charlotte before I moved further toward Lake Norman. It was one of the best stress relievers and workouts i've ever known. Very cool that seniors can go for free at the local CMC Mercy Campus! Great Post!

The Community Outreach program at CMC (Carolinas Medical Center)-Mercy offers Hatha yoga for senior adults every Tuesday. This yoga class offers gentle movement, stretching and instruction in incorporating breathing techniques for calming the mind, body and spirit.
