It is going to be another great week to be buying or selling real estate in Shreveport Louisiana.  The Keller Williams Realty Northwest Louisiana is about to open bringing a new type of Real estate agent to the river cities.  Interest rates are very stable, possibly moving down this week.  In the next two weeks we will get the much anticipated announcment about Cyber Command that may be coming to Bossier City Louisiana.  Many experts project that if we do get the contract our housing market will see a slight increase.  After looking at the past three years...the transaction count for homes bought and sold in Shreveport and Bosseir Ciy has been stable.  We do have over 2500 homes on the market currently...about 1000 more than this time last year.

We look for a great week...possible a rate decrease and then next week we are looking for good news regarding Cyber Command.  When and if Cyber Command does move here we are also looking for other businesses to move into the area that will support the command.
