Some thing that is so important in the business world is to:

1/ listen to others

2/ know when to talk

3/ one does not want to be to over bearing

4/ be courteous

5/ dress the part

6/call folks back that call you no matter what the reason.

7/ email folks back as well and always let others know that you are thinking of them and you would like to help

Know when a conversation is ended so both parties can say goodbye comfortably and get on with the business day. Lots of time is wasted just as people are trying to leave an appointment because they do not know when to stop talking, shake hands and leave. Great Post!
