What is your attitude towards todays real estate market?  Are you living in the & "Land-of-Hope" or "Self-Pity- Estates?"

If you are not living in the & "Land-of-Hope," giving yourself and your clients all that you have to give in this market, then it is time to dig up your tent stakes and move to a "More-Promising-Land."

It is time to move out of the "Land of Discouragement."  Get out of its "Not-Going-to-Happen," Sub-Division. Move out of "Can't-Do-It," Ville.  And, Time to leave "Self-Pity-Estates!"

It's time to relocate to the "Land-of-Hope-and-Great Expectations!"  The truth of the matter is that if you're sitting there dwelling on the declining and staggering market - your results will be declining and staggering.  You need to "Have a Positive Attitude" that, "You and Your Clients Will Succeed, in this market - and You Will."

Maybe you have no clue how to get to the "Land-of-Hope-and-Great Expectations," - So allow me to map out the "Road-to-Success."

First, you must open your heart and believe in yourself and your abilities as a real estate professional.  Let your positive self esteem and motivation direct your thoughts and motivation.  Allow your professionalism to guide you to "The-Road-to-Success."  Finally, trust your knowledge to guide you every step of the way.

Believe in yourself whole heartedly and you will find the road map, from the "World-of-Disappointment" to the "Land-of-Hope-and-Success."

Good Luck, on your "New Endeavours!  See you at the "Promise-Land!"

Good post....yes I think we all need a booster sometimes.  Lately the land of "where in the heck did the buyers go" is more like it.

They are still out there but a little harder to find...

Nice blog. Tooo many agents today are ruining their business themselves. Buyers can smell desperation. Everyone wants to be around someone with a positive attitude.

Jeffery- They are out there, we just have to find them!  Most buyers are still holding out thinking the market is going to continue to slip.  The truth is, NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY!!!

Tina - Absolutely, no one wants to be around negative people - I for one would not work with negative people!
