Margaret, as you had mentioned in one of your posts, you always have great (and different) features for your 'homes' - this one with Swimming Pool...I am sure you are writing another post on how quickly you could sell it.. to someone in Baltimore who wants to swim in Winter...Good Luck!

Indoor pools have always made the most sense to me in climate changing locations,...and know it will
to a buyer as well,...we have such a listing in spring ! Good luck !
Some folks really say negative things about pools in general. We have had an outdoor pool for years and I have never regretted it. An indoor pool would be all the better.

Charles, Glad you are enjoying your pool. In my experience, only people ,who want a pool, look at homes that have them. When I hear negative..."the pool doesn't add any value"...I know they are negotiating.
I've only seen one indoor pool in homes I've viewed here in California. We have a pool and swim season here is typically May through late October, so not sure it would have the same appeal. But where you are? Great idea.
