22nd Annual Lebanon Ohio Christmas Festival and Horse Broadway Lebanon OhioDrawn Carriage Parade

Don't plan to drive through downtown Lebanon Ohio Saturday December 4th, 2010, because we've got bigger things going on that just cruising the streets!  The town Christmas tree has already been lit, so time to get serious about the holidays and throw a party!

Starting at 10 am, it's Santa time!  Horse drawn carriage parades (1 pm AND 7 pm), little horses, big draft horses, you name it, they'll be there!
Mulberry Street Lebanon Ohio
Festivities will focus on Broadway and Mulberry streets, with the horse drawn carriage parades expanding that area a bit for their tour.

Additionally, also present will be street vendors for food and crafts, live entertainment (strolling carolers & a bell choir), costumed characters straight from Dickens, and did we mention...pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus!

And for additional fun, free carriage rides in front of the Golden Lamb from 2:30 to 5:30 pm.

Street closures will vary from 6 am to midnight on the day of the event, so be prepared for some altered routes in downtown Lebanon.

For further information, call 513.932.1100.

Hope you enjoy the festivities!

Melissa, The event always draws big crowds.  Hopefully the weather is nice for the event!

Joni, Very popular event here, our downtown area hosts quite a few festivals, but obviously Christmas is always one of the most popular.

Tony, They've got it down and it's a great draw!

Amy, For a "small" town, Lebanon does very well in the entertainment category!

BLiz, this time of year is so stuffed with festive events, it is difficult to choose which events to attend!    Horse drawn carriage parades sound especially fun!

Anita, We had our first serious snow flurries this morning.  Not sticking to the roads fortunately.

Roger, The heart of the downtown area is trying to keep the old time flavor!

Cinnamon, 22nd year and no sign of slowing down.  All the festivals are part of the appeal for living in Lebanon!

Al and Peggy, Hopefully we'll make it down there.  We have a couple of appointments that MIGHT get in the way of our attendance.

Joan, It's certainly one of the more appealing local events.

Tish, Blogging has really tuned us in much further to the local activities that aren't directly real estate related.  The real estate happenings we've been all over long before the blogging! :)
