FRESH & FRESHLY MADE FOODS AT CT CAFE AT VANCOUVER, WA

Mike and I have a favorite restaurant that is tucked into a small shopping area...right off of 164th Ave.  It's the CT Cafe, Gourmet Grill and Tea.
It's owned by our friends Jennifer and James Wang. They are really fun and always making us laugh.

The address is 16209 SE McGillivray Blvd. #E Vancouver, WA  98683.  Their phone number is 360-883-0715.  We often take friends and family for weekend breakfasts at CT Cafe which feature American and Asian traditional delights. Our favorite menu items for a leisurely weekend breakfast there are the omelets of all kinds, Crab Cake Hollandaise and Mike loves their House smoked Ham. It's a nice, generous slice..just like you'd get down south! I plan to soon try the Asian traditional breakfast which is a tray with little compartments and lots of little foods to choose from for breakfast.

Good Luck CT Cafe

Tell my friend Jennifer and James Wang that we told you about the CT Cafe! They are both a hoot! Jennifer and James are always smiling and fun! Please tell them  that Mike and I will be in to tease them again soon and sample another menu item.

The CT Cafe uses all fresh ingredients and they don't use box mixes for soups and other recipes. It's really, really good food with a wide variety of choices!! Mike and I love their St. Louis Ribs. Some of the other patron favorites are their pastas such as the Artichoke and Mushroom Linguini or their Seafood Medley with sauteed prawns, cod and scallops with lobster sauce over a bed of linguini. If you like seafood, you'll gladly order their Grilled Salmon, Bacon Wrapped Scallops sauteed in butter with lemon and brown sugar or perhaps you'll order the Sauteed Cod Picatta which is grilled cold water cod with lemon, thyme, caper and white wine reduction. One more seafood featured on the CT Cafe menu is their Shrimp Scampi which are jumbo prawns sauteed in garlic butter, seasoned with lemon juice and white wine.

If you drop in for lunch like I do, I know you'll like any of their sandwiches or one of their hearty soups and designer salads. My daughter and I stopped in and had their Roast Beef Au Jus along with their Creamy Potato soup. Delicious!

O.k. I'm hungry now! CT Cafe is a diamond tucked away in the McGillivray Blvd. mall...with treasures to delight your stomach and your soul
