Short sale video

Well , I checked my email this morning and received this youtube video from my dad.

Pretty interesting. I inspect homes in short sales and forclosures all the time. People are always worried about finding problems and not being able to get the bank to do anything about. After seeing this video, you can see were"sold as is" could be a profit booster for the bank if the buyer dosn't have the guts to ask for repairs. I have found that the bank often does the repairs to close the deal. I am sure everyone has had different experiences and to different degrees.

Bottom line,the email my dad forwarded to me, got me going quicker than a cup of coffee.
