3 new listings in Windsor,, Colorado, 1 being New Construction, 1 Bank Owned and 1 a lovely resale. I took at look at both Windsor & Johnstown and no activity in Johnstown this week. Home sellers & Realtors took time off.

Here is the link to the featured property of the day. The house is at 7693 Big Sky Ct., on 2.4 acres. From the pictures, the inside looks in really good shape, outside... well.... won't really know the full extent of the damage until next summer.
