Rockland County, NY is a beautiful county, with mountains, lakes, parks, and views of the Hudson River that are breathtaking. 

It is close to New York City and the commute by rail, bus and car is quick and easy.  There are many major highways that are easily accessible such as the New York State Thruway (I-87), the Palisades Interstate Parkway, I-287 which traverses New Jersey from the North to the South, and both the Tappan Zee and George Washington bridges are close by.
