Another solid month for Wake County Real Estate!
The numbers don't lie; sure the weather is getting cooler here in the Triangle, but is it possible the Wake County Real Estate market is warming up?

The chart above shows the percentage of new active listings (homes that went on the market in November), total active listings, closed listings, and homes that have gone under contract, during November, 2010.
Notice the sum of the November closed and pending homes is 1% MORE than the new active listings (last month it was 1% less). This indicates a strengthening market and is definitely something we continue to watch as we compile statistics for the upcoming market reports. Essentially, for nearly every new detached home listed on the real estate market another home is closing or going under contract.
