Last 2 New Silver Spur Court Condos available for purchase
The Silver Spur Court condo project consists of 18 brand new Courtyard condos and two level townhomes, located at the corner of Silver Spur and Crenshaw Blvd. in Rolling Hills Estates, ranging in size from 1,700 sq. ft. to 3,000 sq. ft. with prices originally set by the developer ranging from $930,000 to $1.7 million. All 18 units were "sold" at Auction on July 17th, 2010 at significant discounts. As of 12/1/2010, however, two of the units became available for sale. These units have been included in advertisements for 3 other condo projects to be sold in a sealed bid process on 12/20/2010, however the listing agent for the property says that they will not be included in the sealed bid sale. Although they will not be auctioned, the listing agent says that the owner is extremely motivated to sell these last 2 remaining units and will accept any reasonable offer.
Unit 1 is a 2 level, live/work loft, 1,842 sq. ft. 2 BR 2.5 BA + Den, listed at $625,000. Unit 6, located on the courtyard level, 2,830 sq. ft. 3 BR 2.5 BA + Den, listed at $925,000, was initially priced at $1,250,000, with an original winning bid of $787,000. Both of these units did not meet the developer's "reeserve" price and the winning bidder was not willing to meet that price.
