Day 1 & 2 of the December Challenge

First off, what a wonderful idea to promote positive, motivational support to jump start into 2011. I just found out about this challenge, which is great since yesterday - I woke up deciding to make this my best December yet, went into the office, rearranged and sorted through my desk/storage area, kept my promise of contacting 5 leads by telephone & ended up with 4 serious buyers.

Today, even though a small set back of puppy eating a towel & had to take Ginger to emergency vet visit this morning where she will be for a couple days, figuring out which steps to take (possibly surgery to remove the towel since it isn't digesting in her stomach, all balled up & she is so ill), I was only a couple hours behind in getting to office and following my game plan of getting homes lined up for these new buyers, should be a busy weekend.

So, my ONE thing for December 1st, was ... reorganize my office so I can better serve my customers, contact 5 leads daily (cold, warm, hot).

my ONE thing for December 2nd is ... lining up homes for yesterdays calls, plus continue to contact 5 more leads. If I can't service them, I will refer out instead of leaving to call another day.

Carla - despite your poor puppie's issue - you're on top of it!  If you did all that on the day with the puppy issue, you can do this thing - no sweat!!!

Carla,

So sorry to hear about what happened to Ginger!  I hope it all works out soon for her, it's such a worry to have her gone for two days.  Great job on your first couple of days for the challenge...  it all sounds successful.  Wishing you and Ginger all the best!
