As a team we do at least 3 Client appreciation functions a year. From an Easter Egg Hunt to Wine tasting. It goes above and beyond their expectations.

Hi Charles,

Yes I agree, our past clients are our biggest resource.  I once had a salesperson tell me "if we would spend as much money, time, effort, etc. on keeping our past clients, as we spend trying to get new business, we would have all the success we could handle"  That advice has always stayed with me.

Good luck to you!

Charles.... great advice again. I have heard that if you actually focus most of your cash toward your existing clients you will spend less and have more leads. Our goal is for everyone in our database to get no less than 30-36 touches from us a year, including phone calls. We have house warming parties instead of events, but I sure do like the idea of an event. Gather a bunch of people together in your honor? Sounds like a great way to spur on some referrals.

That's a great idea Charles.  I think my clients would really appreciate that.
