Why should I buy Real Estate? Now that's a good question. Why? IMHO, if everyone jumped outside the box, realized their fear and began stimulating the economy right now then we could avoid a total crash. Just my opinion really.

Deb, loved it! Very clever way to get the message across. I'm a big believer in owning real estate and wish I could buy more but I'm maxed out on the number of mortgages I'm allowed.
