The total # of homes for sale is 36 compared to 12 last month. 2 homes have sold or are under contract compared to 6 last month. The average price of a single family home in the Black Hills is $184,893 which is up from $175,018 last month, with an average of 95 days on the market which is up from 83 days last month. Sellers have been receiving 96.44% of their asking price which is down from 97.60% last month.
