BRAVO TV Called me (of all people) - they're doing a story about Haunted Houses in CONNECTICUT. The house from Amityville Horror is for sale and they're doing a show about it. They want to know if there are any similarly noteworthy homes in Connecticut that are for sale. I thought at first this had to be a joke (and I'm still not 100% certain that it isn't).
Apparently, They found my Active Rain blog post The Haunting in CT and the Season of Spirits where I shared a story about a house here in Southington Connecticut that was the inspiration for the movie The Haunting in Connecticut. (I guess I appear to be an expert on haunted houses which by they way, I am NOT). They were hoping that house was for sale, unfortunately it isn't.
I told them I'd do some research for them on their behalf and let them know if I could find any haunted houses in Connecticut that are for sale. So here goes .... If you know of any, could you please let me know! Thanks.
P.S. My discovered post was a result of Bob Stewart's localism challenge back in October. Thanks Bob!
On Day 11 of my Be Thankful Challenge, I am grateful for kooky opportunities just like this one courtesy of Active Rain!
