A Post of Challenges, and to Keep the Spirit of Christmas.

What kid doesn't go crazy at Christmas for Santa Claus, and the thought of all those presents.

This little guy was speechless to sit on Santa Claus' knee and to have Mrs. Claus right there as well.

Christmas is a time of celebration and of sharing, but it's also a time for kids to get that super feeling of getting up early Christmas Day and running into the room where the tree is to see what Santa left behind.

♫I saw three ships come sailing in,
Christmas day, on Christmas day,
I saw three ships come sailing in,
On Christmas day in the morning.

And what was in those ships all three? On Christmas day, on Christmas day,And what was in those ships all three?
On Christmas day in the morning.♫

And to keep the Business flowing in 2011, I've had to try and find time through all of this hustle and bustle to maintain flow.

Dec 1, Wednesday, was a tough day, as we had RainCamp Philadelphia the previous day, and I had driven down and back all in one day to get there. But then no sacrifice is too great if I get to see Kerrie.

Aside from that, I had an appointment that day and got a new listing, so here's hoping that the deal will close in 2011 early.

Dec 2, Thursday was a better day as I got a buyers dream home under contract and that will close in Late January 2011

Dec 3, Made some follow up calls to respond to some emails and will hopefully have a new buyer to work with very soon.

It takes more than a little effort to keep a business running, and the degree of remuneration is directly proportional to the amount of effort exerted.

Jennifer, it will be interesting to say the least

Andrea, Andrea, Andrea, there are several challenges going on right now:

There's the daily Challenge to keep the Christmas Spirit
There's the daily Challenge for Goodness
There's the daily Challenge for promoting next year's business
and
There's the Gauntlet Challenge for an appearance in New Milford

Is it reasonable to assume that you're the perky young lady on Santa's knee?

Ed, that's one lucky boy on Santa's knee...I don't think my house was on Santa's map when I was a kid...or it could have been because I wasn't always good...probably the latter.

Ed, it is very important to keep things going this time of the year and not fall into the trap that so many fall into. In order to have a good start to the new year, we need to have a good finish to the present one.
