Asheville’s Villages at Crest Mountain- The Mountain View Building Sites

By
Services for Real Estate Pros
Here at the Villages at Crest Mountain, we are less than 10 minutes away from downtown. Yet, I am excited that we have gone to great lengths to preserve the wonderful mountain views.  I was telling one of our interested visitors that some of the building sites, like the one just above where I am standing in the video clip, even are adjacent to miles of trails! Here (below) is a short 21-SEC video that lets you see what I mean

So, if you are vacationing in or near Asheville during the holiday season, and Your Dream includes living in Asheville – look at the video and know that living in Asheville can be a dream come true – especially when you discover the  affordability of  our WNC HealthyBuilt® Homes and mountain view building sites at the Villages at Crest Mountain.

Is it true that Reese defaulted on a loan over of 4 million dollars to the bank of Asheville, thus contributing to a local bank of over 70 years to close this past friday? The bank said it had made bad real estate investments and I remember reading in the Asheville paper that Mr. Lasher had defaulted on a note, Crest Mt. was mentioned in the article.

Tony: sorry, but your comments aren't accurate. Crest Mountain nor the Villages at Crest Mountain had any loans from the Bank of Asheville. You are welcome to contact me directly at (828) 252-7787 to discuss these comments. Further, be advised that the Villages at Crest Mountain doesn't have any bank debt so it can offer owner financing, etc. The article in question related to Crest Mountain's obligations to SunTrust Bank. This obligation has been settled and therefore it also has no impact on the Villages at Crest Mountain. Thank you for your interest. Although you are not a property owner, you may want to come and tour the community so you can have a first hand perspective of our progress. Sincerely, Reese
