I always think about what I post. Especially when the warning comes up about copyrights. I had some doubts about this one, so I e-mailed the author and here is his response:

Thank you for your email. It is refreshing that in today's notion of "free information," there are still some folks who are cognizant of copyright and authorship.
I am not sure of the article to which you are referring; I have posted a considerable amount of material on "inspectornews.com." However, you are welcome to use any of my material, provided it is properly referenced, and not altered.
