It's Friday!! And the first week of December... ARE YOU READY??
With December comes the countdown to the New Year. It's time to take a look at last years plans and goals and make a road map for success leading into 2011.
There has been a refreshing number of passed "lookers" coming back out of the woodworks and hopefully are now ready to buy!! I have found the best way to reconnect is to offer advice, not try to sell - OR- just check up on them. That client that left because there house just wasn't selling, give them a call and see how it's going. I had a client that was shopping around for lenders, got extremely overwhelmed and opted to go with someone closer to her that a friend recommended. Three months had passed and I decided to shoot her an email just checking in - let her know I was thinking about her and wanted to make sure she got everything taken care of.... Well, she hadn't and was so please I had thought of her. I've created a Raving Fan and she will be using me for all of her mortgage needs. Also, what a great source of referral.
As always you guys know I'm here for you. If you need anything for a client or to help your business, don't even hesitate to call, I will help in whatever way I can. Need a topic cleared up at your office on financing? Or maybe just some information on a program (say 203k programs) I would be more than happy to come speak at a sales meeting or do a one on one. The way I see it we're in this together and together we can keep the buyers and sellers that are local staying local because we are all experts in our fields
