First Entry

Hey Yall (as we say in the south) No, I'm not some redneck either, but I never really was good at spelling. Don't hold that against me. I looking forward to this blog. I'll put some useful information is somtimes, but I think blogs are better kept informal and quarky. I'm from practice real estate (sounds like those damn closing attorneys doesn't it) in the coastal areas of South Carolina. I enjoy all facets of the industry but my passion is land. If anyone ever wants to talk land, or if you have any questions contact me. The ansewer you get may not be right, but at least you will have elimaniated one possiblity. Any way that's enough for today. Just wanted to interduce myself to the world of real estate bloging.

Brandon, that's what spell-check is for, right? My first day, but I'm a long time blog addict on other sites. Land is a nice biz is if you can bread your butter on it, so to speak. I have sixty acres in Barrow County, GA, that I can't seem to part with....and it is beautiful, pastures, hardwoods, large creek frontage, ponds... Million plus buyers are a bit scant right now, I'm afraid. Good luck to you, and hey, bring me a buyer!

Thanks for the comments....I tried the spell checker button earlier and my computer froze, so I thought I'd let it rest for the remainder of the day. I use it too much I guess.
