If you were a builder, would you sell?

By
Real Estate Agent with Sea Glass Properties

If you were a builder would you sell?

Here is the scenario:

A local builder has 475+ homes for sale.

He employs many people in the valley.

There is an opportunity to sell 300-400 of these homes for 60-70% LTV.

Thus resulting in over 30,000,000 dollars.

I would like to approach him with an investor who could buy a huge portfolio of these homes.

I can't think of a builder who wouldn't want to inject $30 million into their business.

Would you sell?

I just depends on what the builders goals are with these properties. It is worth a try, because you will never know what they will do until you ask.  Good Luck, Nicole

All you can do is give it a try and see what happens. If the builder wants to stay in the industry I don't think it will fly though
