William, add your voice, talk to the audience so they can connect, get more information than just video. The audio with sounds captured from the area help transport, complete the delivery to the area the property is in, the one you work, live, play in. Audio is 40% of the video experience. Music bed takes away dead air, nothing but it is like the local sound was turned off, disabled. Talk to us like you do during a open house, home tour and it becomes less automated. Be in the picture, not removed from it.
