How do you reinforce POA regulations with renters when the owners have moved out of state and don't care? Neighbors park on the street, park commercial vehicles in the driveway, even though this is totally against POA regulations. The owners have no way to reinforce regulations, the POS can only penalize homeowners, and the renters don't care....what do neithbors do??

If there is an existing, a complaint can be filed against the owners, and if the owners don't comply the HOA can put a lien against the property.

The Home Owners Association Board can take steps to remedy the situation. If there is not an existing rule then there should be one put in place to deal with this situation...this is what you are paying for when you pay HOA dues.
