Despite all the holday festivities and preparations in the Nyack area there has been a spike in activity in most price points. It will be interesting to see if all this activity leads to closed transactions. Are people really ready to buy or just on fact finding missions.This quarters results will be very telling for the rivertowns and nyack area. We can only hope that more housing stock in Rockland County will sell.
