I'm a little behind on commenting on this post however, I will anyway!! I like that you look at lots of different avenues of advertising. How about adding Home Staging as an important factor in getting a house sold? After all, if you can get them there but they don't like what they see . . . . Thanks.
Thanks for the post! I agree with Sheri on home staging- I am a big believer! Also, Trulia, Yahoo Classifieds, and AOL Real Estate are great high traffic sites. As for loopnet, I only use that for my commerical listings.
Depending on how close you are to Boise...you might add Backpage.com
You might also want to add Kijiji.com (an e-bay related site)
I had never heard of loopnet but now I will keep it in mind for commercial and income properties.
