Fortunately, when I sold it to my builder who remodeled it, he did a great job restoring many features back to their original glory.  The beautiful front porch, the hardwood floors, accenting of the architectural features, etc. 

Take a look at the ugly aluminum-windowed enclosed front porch with metal awnings and WAY overgrown landscaping when he bought it!
