According to the latest statistics, Branson, MO single family homes sales last month total was 19 single family homes.  The increase over last month was 7 more homes sold!  The highest priced one sold for approx. $380,000 and the lowest priced one sold for  $15,000.  The medium price of $115,000 shows more foreclosed homes sold than last month.  A positive report for the Branson area in the number of homes being sold.  

There were 8 condos that closed escrow last month and they ranged from $101,000 to $33,000 in price.  These sales were 2 more than the previous month but a lower median price of about $50,000.  This is not a positive indicator for the condo seller in the Branson Real Estate Market.
