Winter Lights Bus Tour for Newcomers To Brampton, Ontario, Canada
From December 6th, to December 8th, 2010 newcomers to the City of Brampton are welcome to a free bus tour! The tours include: a presentation from the Brampton Transit on how to use the transit maps, information on bus tickets & transfer & electronic payment; a tour of Loafer's Lake Recreation Centre and a tour of the Chinguacousy location of the Brampton Library with an opportunity to get a library card on the spot.
All tours start at the Chinguacousy Library location at 6:00 p.m. and the tour ends at 9:00 p.m. To register please call 905-793-4636. What a great way for a newcomer to learn a bit about the City they chose to live in and to feel welcome at the same!
