Since Fred is unavailable; we've brought Brian Gubernick back. He's had the most guest appearances on Short Sale Power Hour. It's mindset Monday and we've been talking about focus. Lots of the real estate community starts to focus on the next year, but the rest of the realtors out there just take the month off. They might go to the office, but honestly, they are taking the month off. You should remember that the business you do in December will be closing in January. So, if you want to start 2011 with a bang, you need to work hard in December.
Take notice of the small things that can help you keep focused. Things like time blocking and lead generation deserve attention. There is a general model for success in this industry. There is no reason to create your own model for success when there are already thousands of realtors having success in this industry. Find someone who is succeeding or has had success and do what they do.
