Townhome Sales Hit Hard in Asheville NC

Townhomes appear to be hit the hardest in the slow sales in the Asheville real estate market. Sales generally dropped over the fall, however townhomes dropped 25% in July, 39% in September and 36% in October. This is putting further pressure on pricing which is bringing great bargains to purchasers looking for a townhome in Asheville NC.
