WOW! CHRISTMAS IS HERE......... AND I AM STOKED ABOUT MY FABULOUS IDEA ABOUT SENDING A GIFT OUT FOR THE HOLIDAYS!!! I PICKED MY FAVORITE 15 CHRISTMAS SONGS/VIDEOS FROM YOUTUBE.COM AND BURNED 250 CD'S (IN PROGRESS... SHOULD BE DONE>> HOPEFULLY BY MIDNIGHT OR 1AM, I AM ON DISC 7) BUT I CHOSE ALL 15 SONGS... I THINK MY CLIENTS WILL REMEMBER ME........ GOOD TIME TO REMIND FAMILY & FRIENDS THAT I AM HERE FOR BUSINESS AND REFERRALS. ;)

It's all from youTube and it's put on youTube, the artists already lose rights to pass their music around...

I am not selling it, just giving it out as my favorite videos on youTube and I just wanted to clarify that after speaking to an Entertainment lawyer and a very good friend of mine... it is totally fine as long as I am not selling it. Nowadays, new artists are actually not copyrighting their work as they are trying to get maximum exposue.

I use to order these CD's online and I wasn't always happy with all the songs. Some I liked, some I didn't. I really like my selection ;)

Marlene, I am using youTube videos and I am not copying CD's or pirating any originals. The one's I chose have all been purchased and are all shared online.

New artists also Ted have not been putting copyrights on their work to get maximum exposure~ As the movie, Mean Girls, it's just a movie clip and Britney Spears as you see doesn't show the actual video, but I purchased all these and have on my iPod too. You can use your YouTube account and purchase the videos as I did too if you would like...

Thanks Gabe... music makes the world go around ;) & FUN too. Sure no problem Marlene~ sometimes, artist or shows like (Oprah) will label the copyright right after the youtube video. Then you can't use that one.
