Katerina - Thank you we re-formatted the reports this month. Some of the streets around UNM are wide. Most of Albuquerque isn't like that though.

UNM sounds like a terrific place with homes that are "moving" vs. sitting in most places.  I bet the sellers are thrilled with the avereage days on market at 34  and max at 120!  Great information for UNM South ABQ!!  I love the new format!

Ashley,

Your market reports on UNM South and Four Hills in Albuquerque show a much different picture than the national one of slow sales and weak markets.  These neighborhoods look like they are selling really well right now - great information for buyers in your part of New Mexico.

Teri - They are good in most areas. We haven't seen any area that is really bad like other parts of the country.

Rita - Most of NE and SE Albuquerque is seeing an overall good market. Rio Rancho, a city that we border, has a much slower market right now.

Stephanie - UNM South is a moving market. Of course this summer there was some good activity with parents buying homes for UNM bound students. Beats paying dorm fees.
