It's about time!

The MAR Convention - Day 1 

What a beautiful day on Monday it was- such a shame to be stuck inside a large dark convention center. But we are all here to be educated!

MRIS which is our regional MLS provider offered a very informative class on how to "Get the best out of your web site". The presenter was very engaging and had an excellent power point presentation. A lot of the substance I have already found by reading posts on Active Rain.

The best news was the announcement that "UPSHOT" is going away.

This is the method that we use to upload our listing photos to the MLS. Currently we pay $12 for 6 pictures and $20 for 20 pictures. We have no ability to arrange the photos as they are presented alphabetically so usually the Bedroom is the first picture on the gallery. By no later than October 31st we will have the ability to upload up to 35 pictures to our listings, arrange them how we want them to be seen AND add descriptions too.

But I have saved the best for last........

WE NO LONGER HAVE TO PAY EXTRA TO ADD ALL OF THESE PICTURES TO OUR LISTINGS.
