According to the "Regional MLS of MN INC" the number of closed sales have dropped in 06-07 in the month of Sept. 7.18%. The actual volume of the sales has stayed pretty close though. We went from $1,361,850,196 to$1,294,203,886 which overall is a 4.97% change. The average sales price from July was $286,202, which is up .69% form last year. Number of units closed and and volume closed is down from 05 about 18% for both.
The numbers continue to prove that it is a highly competitive buyers market. The numbers also shows that there are still a lot of homes moving every month. It is our job as Real Estate Professionals to figure out how to make it work.
