10 Comments on Kirkland Juanita condo: live cool, travel green (reduced price 11/1, sold 12/10 )
What's the timeframe on the Totem Lake Mall? Is it going to be like Redmond Town Center? Or all indoors? I think I'll be shopping a lot more with a mall that close.
Good question, Ardell. Can't answer either question with certainty. I've seen drawings on the developer's and the Krkland city websites telling me that it's going to be an indoor/outdoor mix design. The latest update on the Kirkland city website says:
September 2007
The City is awaiting submittal of a Design Review application for Phase I of the Totem Lake Mall redevelopment project. Phase I consists of the redevelopment of the Lower Mall and street improvements to 120th Avenue NE. At this time, the City does not know the tenant mix being contemplated by DDR.
Ardell and Jason - glad you like the pictures - now see the Visual Tour.
Jason: advertising this listing - Yes AND No! YES if you advertise where I can't and where it is not already. NO if your advertisement simply replaces my own - See this blog of mine - http://activerain.com/blogsview/187610/Whose-Real-Estate-Listing - and you see what I mean. I used to say yes, please advertise my listing but, with not any more.
Gerhard,
If you write a post or two you can jump past Jonathan and Stan Mackey in the King County lineup. I like to see guys playing leap frog.
