I was just looking at your post and  liked the way you set up the statistics.  Is there a site that you use for this compilation?  My primary area is Myrtle Beach.

Hi again,

I am new to this blogging.  I asked my question in Localism and the blog still states that there were no comments.  When I went to AR I see that my comment went through.  Should I always comment in AR and not Localism?  Thanks for your help...

Hi Linda...I'm not sure if this is where I should answer your question or not, but hopefully you will see it! :) I have a virtual assistant that compiles those stats for me every month using our MLS board. She runs queries and pulls them and gives them to me.  It's great, I don't have to worry about it and my clients love knowing the information.  You should be able to gather the info from your MLS.  If you would like my VA's info, I'd be happy to share it with you. She may be able to help you.
