Hi Tom and Michelle,

Thanks for writing to me. I appreciate the trust and confidence you are placing in me to help you find a beautiful place to call HOME! I am a Professional Realtor with Keller Williams Realty and also a Golf Professional. My family and I have moved 7 times in the last 10 years, so I know exactly what you are going thru. I promise to help make your move "A Straight Shot to a Successful Closing!"

I'm so glad you picked the Jacksonville Area, This is a wonderful place to raise kids, with so many activities to do & places to go with the Good Ole Fashioned Southern Hospitality! Please visit my website at http://www.buyandsellgolfhomes.com/ to see the Many different links I have available to you. You can learn so much about our Jacksonville Area, from the schools, shopping, golf courses, beaches, Sporting Events, museums, etc. I will put a Relocation package in the mail to you tomorrow, so you can have some magazines and fliers to look though before you visit.

I'm excited about the MANY homes in the market that may be a great fit for you. I would highly suggest you look in the Mandarin Area, which is in the SOuthside Area of Jacksonville. The town has a suburban feel  to it and has some of the best "A" rated schools for kids, and is very conveniently located to shopping, and freeways. Your husband will be able to hop on the freeway and only be a short commute from work.

Here are a few homes that I REALLY think you'd like, based on the Criteria you've sent me. They all have larger backyards, which I know is important for your kids. The Elementary school is right down the street, an easy walk.

Hi Jeannette, I've never been to Jacksonville, but I liked the comfortable conversational tone of your blog that would make any potential homebuyer feel very comfortable.

Hi Jeanette - thanks for entering the contest!  It's great to read about all the various areas that everyone is from - thanks for sharing abotu Jacksonville.

I have a question for you.  What does '4/2.5/2' mean?  We don't use something like that up here in my areas, so I was just curious what that is.

Good luck in the contest!

Nice post about Jacksonville. I was there this past February but didn't get to look at any real estate. Your prices are more reasonable than I would have thought.

Good luck in the contest!

'Enjoyed learning a little about Jacksonville, and seeing what kind of home is available in this price range.  I couldn't come up with anything under $400,000 for the Snyders and had to settle for being in the $400's.

We drove through Jackonsville a few years ago. I bet Michelle and Tom would like that area :)
