Teri - With that pond in the Forest Lake yard, my kids would be in heaven. Great presentation.

Mana--The neighborhood park has a huge playground and it is walking distance from the house. But if you don't have kids, you'd never want to leave the yard!

Steve--Skating on backyard ponds is one of the high points of living in Minnesota. Where else can you get free ice time 4 months of the year and a beautiful warming house?

You are not going to have any problems selling this one! It is a great house and a great price.

Teri, That home is absolutely lovely....your own private pond and the view. I loved the first room in particular. And a wrap around porch is another feature I'd love. Good luck, I'm sure it'll sell fast!

Beautiful listing. I love the pond in the back - ice skating? we definitely can't do that here! The room with the paneling and the wood stove is gorgeous. The stone fireplace is another great feature in this Forest Lake home. Hope your sellers get a great offer - a home that nice should generate a lot of interest.

wow - not at all what I would have expected from the first photo - nice job

Joanne--There is a lot to offer in this one...Thanks!! Best is the quick commute to either downtown as it is near 35.

Carole--The pond is shared with about 4 families...Just enough for a pick up hockey game in the winter! The view and wooded area is part of the property.

Rita--No ice skating yet...But by early December through March, weather permitting, there is an opportunity to skate outdoors in Minnesota. The tongue and groove pine similar to the porch, accents the family room and skylight in the upstairs bath as well.

Kathy--This is a very nice and well priced property...Perfect place for anyone!

Thesa--It is hard to photo the wooded area and get the 3rd garage stall in too. There is definitely much more to this home than it appears from the street!

Teri, This is a gorgeous listing in Forest Lake! I love the setting.

OK, do you have one like this listed in Michigan? I am looking for something just like this. Very nice Teri.
