He has materially participated in rental properties, waterfront spec homes and buy & flip transactions as, well as originated over 800 mortgage loans. Jeff is a veteran of the USMC and served in Dessert Shield and Dessert Storm. Jeff is from Stuart Florida and has lived in SWFL for over 10 years. Jeff is married to Cristina and have 3 children. His primary expertise is deal engineering. Jeff is currently focusing on the Mortgage Business, acquiring undervalued properties and, acquiring non-performing notes.
