I did not choose real estate as a career.  Oops, I can hear my business partners at Short Sale Daily News and team at Southeastern Group and Southeastern Home Team cringing at my admission.  But, the truth of it is, I really did not want to pursue real estate when I was deciding “what to be when I grow up.”  In fact, the idea of helmet hair and a gold coat (no offense to C21 or anyone with helmet hair) was absolutely NOT what I wanted to do with my life.

As a kid, I associated real estate with what was portrayed in TV commercials.  It did not appeal to me.  I also did not have any models in my small sphere that encouraged me to pursue real estate.  No one I knew in my family had any real estate passion or entrepreneurial gut.

But, I grew up. With growing up comes a different perspective.  Age also drives an appreciation of time.  Time to enjoy life, to enjoy children, to enjoy stability, security, and freedom.  After school I pursued jobs that matched my education and experience.  But, they did not allow me time or independence.

Having played the corporate game for a while, I finally took off my proverbial high heels one day and choose independence.  With determination I choose freedom as a career path.  After much thought and research I ended up choosing real estate as a vehicle for that freedom.  My job now is a daily commitment to achieving freedom.  Freedom will allow me to enjoy time.

Not to be all cliché here, but real estate is truly the best avenue to attain independence.

The key to independence through real estate is a commitment to growth.

You cannot achieve growth in real estate without leads.  So, daily, I block time dedicated to bettering our lead generation systems.  By systems, I mean development of killer campaigns, maintaining the integrity of our offer, always being where leads look, capturing the leads, lead interaction and cultivation, lead conversion, and CLOSING the deal.

One of my favorite quotes is: “Hear and know, see and remember, do it and understand” (Confucius).

For lead generation which creates growth which creates independence that leads to freedom….you MUST to put into ACTION systems so that you can “understand” what works best.

We have taken ACTION and put together our “best of the best” tips for lead generation in a power-packed FREE webinar event.  You simply MUST sit-in and listen to us share what works and what is guru fluff…. You will be able to hear, see, and have the tools to “do it” after this webinar.

If you are in real estate, you need to reach independence.  Through systemized lead generation, you will reach it faster.

To freedom through real estate!  That is why the heck I am doing this.  Should be your reason too!
