From the ramp to the gulf is about a 40 minute boat ride, most of which is idle speed - no wake.

The Imperial River Boat Ramp has been open for about 10 years.  It features a small wooden fishing pier, two large boat ramps, tons of parking and restroom facilities. 

In addition to boating The Imperial River Boat Ramp Park is a location for free mulch pick up in Lee County.  Residents are welcome to bring their truck or vehicle and load it with mulch to landscape their yards.  FREE, yes F-R-E-E.
