Continuing with my participation in the 31 Days of December Challenge - on day 8, attended a business systems class tought by our operating partner (OP). He shared with us several of the time saving systems that he developed while he was selling.
One of the great features of each of these systems is that they can be used by an individual agent, and agent's assistant(s) or an entire team. They are each easily adaptable to manual use or computerized.
I will be tailoring each of his specific systems to fit my needs and style. Of course, the one thing that cannot be taught is the discipline to use the systems to their, and my, full advantage. Here's keeping my fingers crossed that I will make it happen.
Looking forward to facilitating moving my business to the next level over the next 23 days, ok, 22, I won't be doing this on Christmas.
